We Love Earth Festival - Menlo Park Recap

The Plant Cafe was invited to take part in the We Love Earth Festival located at Flood Park in Menlo Park on April 16, 2022, to do a cooking demo for the guests. Our founder Matthew showcased The Plant Cafe’s signature yellow curry bowl and how to make the sauce from scratch as well as how to utilize vegetables and parts that would normally go to waste in a healthy juice.

With West as his handy helper, the duo showed the crowd how to make The Plant’s signature yellow curry dish. The We Love Earth Festival had many bay area nonprofit and climate/sustainability organizations come together in one space to talk about food justice and making our world a better place.
